Comprehensive Maintenance Agreements
As of June of 2024, AirHeads HVAC will no longer offer maintenance agreements to our customers with pre-existing equipment (AirHeads Star Plan). We made this decision so that we may better serve our customers without pressuring them into making a decision. Instead, all maintenances will come standard with a 15% discount for the remainder of the regular season. If a breakdown we’re to occur, you will receive the same service as though you did have a maintenance agreement. We decided that when it came to maintenance, we would put our customers first. As a result, the discount is not an additional expense you may or may not use, but rather assurance that we did our job properly and the need for a return visit will be minimal.
For those customers who have already purchased maintenance agreements, they will remain in effect. However, no renewals will be issued.
AirHeads HVAC Assurance Plan
Inversely, we will continue to offer our AirHeads Assurance Plan. This plan is only offered to customers who have purchased new equipment from us. Additionally, it is only first available within the first (3) three years from the installation date. The plan includes:
- Complementary maintenance on the equipment.
- 15% discount on additional accessories added to the original installation after completion.
- 100% discount on labor for warranty repairs
- Refrigerant is covered.
The Assurance Plan will remain an option for the duration of the manufacturers warranty for that applicable part. For example, if a central AC has a parts and compressor warranty for 10 years, the Assurance Plan will be available for that time. For a gas furnace, parts will be covered for 10 years, but the heat exchanger would be a lifetime warranty. After 10 years, the plan will only cover the heat exchanger.
The only expense to the customer would be a small $40 service call fee for the initial visit. This fee would not apply within 1 year after installation.
