The AirHeads HVAC Difference
At AirHeads HVAC, we offer two tiers of maintenance agreements to suit your needs. View the chart below to see the differences between them.
Star Plan
This tier is available to any and all of our customers, regardless of who installed it or when. The details are as follows:
- Allows for one round of maintenance per year on the covered equipment (2 for heat pumps)
- Priority service; night, weekend and holiday availability
- Provides a 15% discount on all products and services (30% on nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Extends part and labor warranties to 2 years
Assurance Plan
This tier is available to customers who have purchased equipment through AirHeads HVAC. The details are as follows:
- Allows for one round of maintenance per year on the covered equipment (2 for heat pumps)
- Priority service; night, weekend, and holiday availability
- Provides a 100% discount on all repairs including, parts, refrigerant, and labor. 15% discount for additional products and services.
- Only cost is a $40 service call fee (except within the first year)
Labor warranties are extended to the duration of the manufacturer’s parts warranty (typically 10-15 years). Plan must be purchased within a three (3) year period of the installation and is not transferrable.
